[foxboro] Adding an FBM to a FCP270 Infusion

I haven't had to add any hardware yet so I apologize if this question seems
naive. I need to add a FBM242 to an new FCP270. It was added in Archestra
IDE and is deployed and shows up in Infusion System Manager. The
communication to the FCP270 shows up fine but the individual module is not
communicating. The FCP270 was previously configured for the system, do I
need to run the commit procedures to add the FBM242 in order to get it
working properly?
