Everybody,
Please, please, please trim your posts of all the dangling footers and
legal disclaimers.
The biggest curse that Micro$oft put on e-mail is encouraging
top-posting, the practice of adding of new materials in a reply/forward
at the top of an e-mail chain. Hence nobody bothers to scroll past the
first page (or two at the most). The result is a horrendous and
ugly-looking collection of list footers and legal disclaimers upon
footers and legal disclaimers. Did I say that it is UGLY? And
unprofessional looking?
And worst of all, it makes the digests absolutely illegible.
Please show some consideration to your fellow list subscribers who
receive the digests, and take 3 seconds to clean up the bottom of your
postings of unnecessary garbage.
