While reading Indian Language processing, found a great project called SILPA.
Find the online application here. http://silpa.org.in/

It can do major linguistic tasks like spellchecking, dictionary,
n-gram,sorting, encoding converter, language detection, transliterate,
text to speech, webfonts and more in major indian languages including
Tamil.

Thanks to the developer Santhosh Thottingal for the wonderful contribution.

It is fully developed in python.
