While reading Indian Language processing, found a great project called SILPA. Find the online application here. http://silpa.org.in/ It can do major linguistic tasks like spellchecking, dictionary, n-gram,sorting, encoding converter, language detection, transliterate, text to speech, webfonts and more in major indian languages including Tamil.
