Some OT promises are allegorical and some are literal. Important to
discern between them. The promises concerning Messiah predict a literal
flesh and blood Savior. The promises concerning Israel's inheritance are
mixed - some earthly others heavenly. Ultimately, if flesh and blood
cannot inherit the kingdom of God, acreage in the middle east of little
use. Does Israel have a future?
Rom 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall
come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
Why try to convince an unbeliever? Every Christian was once an unbeliever
and was convinced of the truth.
All contradictions are in the minds of men...
Rom 3:3-4 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the
faith of God without effect? (4) God forbid: yea, let God be true, but
every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy
sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

There are two contradictions in the bible - one in Hebrews 7 simple means
controversy and the other:
Hebrews 12:3 For consider him that endured such *contradiction* of
sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
The only contradiction comes from sinners not the righteous. Well said
