Congrats on an awesome Blend of the Bayou. Sorry for not sending a notice
out sooner, but our meeting will be at our usual stomping grounds: Tuesday,
May 19th, 7pm at the Pickle Barrel. Those who haven't paid dues - $35 -

Items for discussion:
-Brewfest (June 6th)
-Brew day / intro to home brewing: During Blend of the Bayou, we had
several people indicate their interest in becoming home brewers. I'd like
to see if we can put together a brew day sometime in June. I already have
ingredients and can offer to brew a simple pale ale at that time.
-Brewing topic: Hop additions. In what I hope will be the first of many
brew topics, I'll be going through some of the hows and whys of when we add
hops. (I'm looking for volunteers for future topics as well.)
