              1000~1500 Abseiling
              1700~2200 Hiking (the head of Lion Rock)
              27 December 2009 (Sunday)
              0900~1500 Abseiling (Examination including pen and practice)
Dress     SAF Uniform
Remark  1) Personal Kit for Camping
             2) Enough Water
             3) Pack Lunch for 2 days
             4) Cooking for dinner (must cook rice)
