Just received the following from my friend Harriet in Homosassa: 
There is a proposed CNG facility in Palm Beach that just recently got DOE
approval. Is this the one that you know about or know someone working on this?

Here is the FERC docket. It looks like the gas will be coming in on the Riviera
Lateral Pipeline. The Palm Beach facility, it looks like, would include gas
compression which is very dangerous and energy consuming.
