[FL-HSMM-Mesh] KD4WOV-100 Mesh node Node is flashed and back on the Air

Hello Everyone,
my node has been flashed. It was at version 1.0, when i was flashing it,
the power flickered and crashed it. so i had to get tftp and load it in
that way.
So now it is up and running with version 3.1.0. Wow there is a lot
more options in this version. I like it so far.
Now to tackle GRE tunneling.
