I have just checked with the team that are doing the eligibility checks. And he
confirmed that 1st Chiseldon Air Scout Group are on the list as eligible for
£10k grant funding.
The fact that you are exempt from business rates, or more accurately receive
rate relief does not exclude you from the grant.
Calley memorial Hall has a rateable value and as such you qualify for the £10k
As I am involved in authorising these grants I will not be to assist any
further, but encourage you to pop an application in.

approving these grants.
I will check tomorrow whether the hall is able to claim or not.
There have been some very obscure organisations claiming so far.
