Instead of saying “we may ask your consent to take photos”.
Can we say, “we do take photos and assume that we have your consent”.
Otherwise we have to ask every time, and await permission every time.
And then send them the link to opt out.
I hope this is acceptable.

After reviewing the privacy policy before sending it out to parents, I have
added a section about photographs we take of scouts. We need parental
consent to take and use these. I intend to ask this through OSM, adding a
field to it and asking parents to confirm as part of a check of the scout
data.

distribute it to current parents in the next week and have copies of it
available for the AGM, given the timing.
