Sounds like a lot of fun! I’ve always loved visiting Chicago.

My oldest daughter got her birthday present Saturday. My two daughters and
two grand children went to Chicago to have lunch at Ed Debevic's. It's
located right smack downtown and, oy vey, the traffic. We ate there and then
walked around a little to take in some sights like the inside of Nordstrom's
and the Starbucks Roastery where the line to get in went around the corner.
We didn't go in. I hadn't been to Chi Town in forever, so it was almost like
a new adventure. There are empty stores just like Freeport. Hopefully they
won't be empty for long in both places. Time will tell. It was a fun trip
and brought back many memories.
