Yesterday was Betty White's 100th birthday and as a memorial to Betty, there was the Betty White Challenge, challenging people to donate to their favorite animal shelter. The Fort Wayne animal shelter was hoping that a $10,000 goal could be reached, as they were in great need of some improvements to the facility.
By the time the day closed, $81,000 was donated to the shelter here. Way to go Betty!
