2. 8 – 10 volunteers to help decorate & set up the event- from 9 – 11 a.m.
day of event
3. 10 fun loving volunteers to quickly clean up AFTER the event-15 minutes!
4. 2 volunteers to distribute gifts during event
5. 2 volunteers to check guests in during event
6. 4 volunteers to help with beverages throughout dinner
