Brittany look at the calendar carefully, example if you go to the 7th, evenings
are totally open and it could be confusing because Bobbi and Patti are listed
but their shift ends at 7am. Always click on their name and you can see what
shift they are working. I know it's hard for you to do nights but that is just
an example. Thank you Brittany, if a call comes in during the day I'm going
to call you during the week because I know you would love to be a lead and it
