FYI Last night Marie and I went over a friends house on Palisades and it was
pretty high on a hill across from the golf course and after a lovely dinner we
went outside to enjoy the evening. They have a Patio on top of their roof and
we got a birdseye view of the fires to the east. OMG they were insane, the
winds were swirling the flames, it was amazing to see. Don't fool with Mother
Nature. Thank God the winds were blowing northeast. I hope we never have to
face this up close. God bless the firefighters who are dealing with this and
