Just a reminder, the Diabetes Care Group will be meeting tonight
Date: Tuesday - 4/29/2014
Where: Conway Regional - Medical Center Campus
Women’s Center Classroom - Bldg # 2
From: 7 to 8 pm
The topic for the April 29th meeting will be “How to Begin a Personal
Fitness Plan”, by Todd and Angie Cate of the Conway Regional Health Fitness
Center.
The meeting is free and open to anyone wishing to learn more about
diabetes.
CRHS Diabetes Care Group meets monthly on the last Tuesday of each month.
