the 5s and 6 iphones, do it the way that Mary Lavelle described not sure

the app you want to move, do a one finger swipe down until you hear
edit double tap here, swipe down to drag app and again double tap. you
can now move the app ie if your wimbledon app is on page 3 and you
want it moved to your sport folder on page one, go over to page one
swipe until you get the sports folder and swipe down the options
you'll get is place wimbledon before sports folder, place it after
sports folder or add to sports folder. once in the folder press the
home button.
yu can also create folders using the same method.
