I am sorry to hear that you’re still having problems. It does seem that my
email problems have improved with iOS 13.5. I used to have a problem of not
being able to get to the top of the inbox, and to only see two or three emails
listed on the screen and not to be able to scroll down to the next one. I also
had difficulties with threads. It seems that most or perhaps all of these
problems have now gone away.
