Hi Cearbhall,
Yes the paren is definitely not there but it is a small disadvantage
really.
The K380 is also a Logitech keyboarde.
I managed eventually to find instructions for it just before your mail
of same so would strongly others to keep your tutorial for future
possible use.
I really like the idea, of a keyboards for the iPhone that is the typing.

I don't know this keyboard. I have the ultrathin keyboard Folio M1 which is
made by Logitech and is just like a desktop keyboard in miniature without the
numpad.
I notice that one review complains that the Parenthesis keys do not work in
the K380. Is that so? I also notice that the K380 is like a chameleon and
changes to match whatever operating system it is connected to. Perhaps this
makes it difficult to accommodate such keys.
All the best,
Cearbhall

Subject: [fb-exchange] Re: Using a Bluetooth keyboard with iOS
Hi Cearbhall,
Thanks for these.
I wonder do you know (or others) how to bring up more symbols on the
K380 which I presume is similar to other such keyboards.
For example I was trying to create the paren sign but it wasn't in it's
usual place as in a querty.
TIA,
Tony

Use VoiceOver keyboard commands
You can control VoiceOver with a connected BluetoothR keyboard. See the list
below for commands.
Enter VoiceOver commands by pressing and holding the Control and Option keys
together, then pressing one or more other keys. The Control-Option key
combination is known as the VoiceOver key, VO for short.
Apple Bluetooth keyboards have an additional fn key on the bottom left hand
corner of the keyboard. Use the fn button in combination with the VO keys to
access Notifications and the Control centre.
If you are using the keyboard for the first time, look for:
Control key immediately to the right of the space bar;
Option key second in from the left of the keyboard
Type any of the following keyboard commands:
