Hi Michael,

Please circulate the following information to as many people with impaired
vision as possible, and ask them to also pass it on to anyone they know who
has impaired vision.

1. The DART "Hub" system comes into operation next Monday, 29th
January 2018. Instead of having staff at every station, there will be a
number to ring for all the stations in a particular area, and anyone who
requires assistance travelling on the DART will need to phone the number of
the Hub for their area. It is explained in more detail in the attached
document, which is also a guide to using Irish Rail, for people with
disabilities of all kinds. The phone numbers for the various Hubs are also
in the document.

2. Dublin Bus is also making changes to its services next Monday.
Please see the second attachment for more information about the upcoming
changes to bus routes.
