First of all, can I ask why are you re-installing it? Maybe there's another way
to achieve what you want to do?
Do you have it synced with a google account? If not you will loose all your
history and bookmarks if you reinstall it.
To remove this or any app,
Hit the start or windows key and type remove.
Arrow down until you hear add or remove program and hit enter.
Tab down until you hear a list and arrow down to the program you want to remove
If you hit enter on it you should hear a remove button.
To reinstall chrome, just click this link, www.google.com/chrome you will be
prompted to download it again.
