Hi all
I am not able to join the mindful Zoom this morning. In the meantime enjoy
St Patrick,the bridge bank holiday and the rugby game. See you all next
Wednesday and we should have a tested Zoom link ready by then. March 24th
2022 will be the second year of Fighting Blindness hosting the mindfulness
sessions on Zoom and I hope you can all drop in for some guided exercises.
