Derry wanted to find out how to turn off the zoom feature on his Iphone. Ken
and Cearbhall helped him to do this.
Pat’s Iphone seemed to be stuck on shuffle mode when listening to music. Joan
Ann helped pat to turn off this feature.
Noreen was having trouble when after putting data in a cell when working with
the program excel. Her arrow keys didn't seem to move her to the next cell.
Cearbhall advised her what to look out for the next time this happens.
Joan Ann told the group about the echo dot. This is very like
Siri.
Ita was having trouble with her zag mini Bluetooth keyboard. For some reason
her phone wouldn't pick up her keyboard. Some of the group and Cearbhall
helped her to explore what was going on. Cearbhall is going to follow up
with her after the meeting to get to the end of the problem.
