In attendance, Derry Walsh, Ken Walsh, What Sapp participants Cearbhall O
Meardhra, Chris Egan and Jackie Mc Brearty.
Jackie seemed to be experiencing difficulty and connecting to a WebCam for A
funeral mass. Some of the group made several suggestions on what she should do.
Jackie informed the group about an app called envision Ai. At the moment you
can get a 14 day free trial.
This led onto a discussion on Seeing ai and Be My Eyes.
Ken wanted to know if anyone experienced voice-over increasing of its own
accord on their IPhone. Cearbhall experienced this problem in the past.
Cearbhall led A discussion on Audible and BorrowBox.
Derry told the group in the coming year. When travelling with Bus Éireann all
buses must have a wheelchair accessible place for a guide dog. Also when
passing all bus stops there must be an audio feature on board to tell the
upcoming stop.
The next meeting is on the 31th of August
