1. If you are attending the Zoom Meeting using your laptop or PC you will
need to download the Zoom client. To do this, follow the join link and you will
be prompted to download. Then click the link again and you should go right into
the meeting. Remember to join the meeting using computer audio.
2. If you're connecting through your phone or tablet, you'll need to down
load the zoom Cloud Meeting app. We can assist with this. Remember to join
with device audio and make sure you are on WI-FI or have a good data plan.
3. If you're calling through by phone, remember that the landline cost is
likely to be the most cost effective. However, you should check with your own
network provider as FB cannot make any guarantees regarding the cost from your
own phone to the zoom number.
4. You may want to change a setting so you go directly into the meeting
when you click the link. to do this: open Zoom and tap on settings, , tap on
meetings.
After opening the meeting settings, scroll down to auto connect to audio which
is the first option, tap on this option and scroll down to Internet and look
for the done button.
