I have updated our punch list to show everything I am sure has been completed
and all known open issues:

The Board meeting on the 20th should be:
1. Approve last Board minutes
2. Go through the open items on the list one by one to see where we are
There are quite a few of them so we have to try and be time efficient.
Donna/Sandy -
You have edit permissions on that list. Please insert or add anything you think
needs to be covered in the open list.
Tom -
PLEASE be prepared to report status on everything with your name next to it.
Many of
these have been outstanding for quite a while and "we're looking into it" is not
something the homeowners love. We need to give them good answers.
