I ran into Jim today he asked if the landscaping improvements were approved. I
thought I’d seen a discussion going around to everyone that you were all in
agreement to move forward with the landscaping.
Also the homeowner at 830 Cut down several bushes in the back of his patio and
one next-door to him. He told Jim he got approval from the board to do that. I
don’t believe he asked anybody about that. He wanted Jim’s guys to dig them up
for him which Jim has no approval to do. I’m attaching the pictures I took
because we walked over there and looked at it.
