Ijust looked up our budgeted amount for gutter cleaning. If we do end up
having to pay $4000 for this cleaning this is twice what we budgeted for the
WHOLE year.
However, we may not have a choice. I also looked at the 2021 reserve items -
none of which we have done or need to, in my opinion. I've added them to
that bottom of that punch list. There is a lot of money allocated this year
for gutter replacement. If we have to, we can use some of that for gutter
cleaning.
Under the current circumstances, we HAVE To clean the gutters, and may be
forced to pay these outrageous rates. Let's see what the companies I
contacted tell Tom.
