They started to clean them, but stopped and went out of business. I have a
couple of new sources for this fall.

that she's contacted you multiple times to get this addressed. Can you please
engage on this?
We typically do this twice a year, so NOW is the time to get on people's
schedule for our late fall/pre-winter cleaning. Please do not wait until it's
time to get this done. Please schedule this NOW so we know we will be in line
at the right time.
