I forgot to mention that Quinn was out last week and inspectedthe gutter and
downspout and still found a lot of twigs, grass,debris in the gutter. The
Hermandez gut was out a few daysbefore and cleaned some debris out of the
gutter, but missedthis area where there was still some debris at eh downspout
area.How did Hernandez miss this????
Last year when Hernandez was here 843 Aube and outside and Hernandez
was ready to leave. Aube called to him and asked ifhe forgot our building.
Yes he did forget to do our building, butreluctantly did it.
Yesterday, I found a black metal cap on the ground by the fence.I looked around
and discovered it came from the b lack metalposts that were installed last
year. 3 of the caps were loose andlaying just on top of the posts. I used
Flex glue and glued them all back on to the metal posts.
It seems that these vendors have to be followed around.
