Neither unit has any leaking windows. 810 replaced all their windows 5 years
ago.

Tom -
It looks like 808 and 810 have the old windows. Is that correct? There is no
point fixing the facia board below those windows if they are leaking.
The other repairs seem reasonable.
Please check into the window situation. If 808 and 810 DO have old/leaky
windows and have not yet been put on a replacement notice, we need to do that.
If they have newer windows we'll have to do the repairs ASAP.
PLEASE GET BACK TO US ON THIS BEFORE THE END OF NEXT WEEK 8/27/2021 SO WE CAN
