Tim ask me to take a look at the balance shown in Exhibit 3A and 3B as the Reserve
Fund Ending Balance as of 2021. The new Reserve Study shows that number to be
$631,210.00 while the Consumers Credit Union bank statement as of 12/31/2021 shows
the balance as $597,917.43 for a difference pf $33,292.57. I noticed that Page 2 of
the Reserve Study shows $631,200.00 as "Projected Starting Reserve Fund Balance
(As of 1/1/2021). I verified that the Reserve Fund balance as of 12/31/2020 was
$479,390.92.
I recommend that we ask for these number to be corrected before any further
review.

In order to ensure this study meets your needs, we have scheduled the next 30
