Subject: Fairmont Place Townhomes : ZOOM Board Meetings
Tom, Yes, the Board can hold Board meetings via zoom. Owners would need to be
allowed to “attend” the open part of the Board meeting. Notice would be given
in the same manner as any Board meting. However, the meeting notice would need
to include the Zoom meeting access information.
