Hi All,
I have reviewed the 2021 Budget proposal and configured it in the format that
we use for The Big Picture. Please see attached. I have made some adjustments:
~ I added a $5.00 increase to the monthly assessments
~ If the planned fall landscaping does not get done this year, we need to add
to the landscaping extras. There is $13,000 proposed for landscaping extras and
Tom has earmarked $6500 for tree trimming leaving $6500.
~ I changed the amount to be transferred to the Reserve Account to $50,648 per
the 2016 Reserve Study
~ We asked for the budget to include a new Reserve Study in 2021. I emailed
Waldman Engineering Consultants (who performed previous reserve studies for us)
asking for an estimate and if they could let us know what was paid in 2016 as I
could not retrieve those files
~ There are no increases projected for Rosemont Landscaping or for Dase
Management
Please advise.
