woa problem

dear all,
i've ex2k+sp3 server on w2k+sp4. now i trying to access email using
internet explorer (owa). eq: http://ex2kserver/exchange/hery, a login
box is appears. after login, it starts show the folder list at the leftside,
but at rightside (inbox), it just show "loading ...." and nothing show up
more. this is happend while accessed inside LAN and outside LAN.
what cause this problem ? and how to solve it ?
note: i'm using kerio winroute at ex2k server.
