Thanks. I'm all set. I called the people who handle the DNS (for the second time in two months) and told them that the ip was resolving to the wrong name (told them this a month ago) and that they needed to change the record. I wanted to cover all angles before calling them again. Just to make sure the problem didn't reside on this side of things.

Yes, their SMTP address (in each individuals account - default e-mail
address.)
