Hi Monika, When you import users with a CSV file, using CSVDE, the user object are by default set to a blank password, but the users are forced to change password before they can actually complete the first logon procedure. Hence, the user gets to set their password before the first login. But the catch here is, any one can use any user ID to do a first login and set the password for that account. This should be OK in a low security environment. If you need to set individual password for each account before the first logon, then you need to do it with a VBScript.
