Event sync is the way to go for that. You can find more information in the
Exchange SDK on MSDN website.

Dear lister;
Does anyone know, how can i filter mail item content based on smtp?
the point is when user send email with content keyword "data", so that mail
keep sending to destination and forward it to administrator too...
 
what can i do to solve it?
 
anyhelp would be appreciated....
