"/forestprep THEN /domainprep".....

Have you followed the correct procedure to setup e2k?
like "domain prep" and "forest prep". Please verify these steps and then
check again regaridng the errors that you receive.

When I reinstall Exchange server and IIS server, the MicrosfotIMAP4,
POP3,
EVENT service don't start. The error message show:
Error 1083: The executable program that this service is configured to
run
in does not implement the service.
