restore public folder

hi,

is there anyway to restore just one public folder from a backup?  i use
arcserve 9 to backup my information store. i am running, windows 2000,
exchange 2000.  I am also building a stand-by recovery server, in hopes
that i can restore the folder this way. any tips?
