Click on the public folders, click on Tools, and Recover Deleted Items. The
deleted item should appear in that area.

A user accidentally deleted an item in a public folder that that user now wants
back. I do have the retain deleted items option on exchange enabled for 5
days, and this happened a half hour ago. I have options for recovering
deleted items for my personal mail, but how do I go about getting it back from
a pub folder?
