Subject: [exchangelist] problem user without latest .pst

Dear list,

I have a user that does not have a recent copy of their .pst but needs
desperately to get back into their mailbox to retrieve recent mail. Is
there an easy way to do this? Heck is there any way to do this?

Happy holidays,
