problem logging into IM!!!!-Help

Hi,

I've installed IM on one of the Exchange 2000 servers.

I have verified all the settings with Exchange 2000 documentation and it
seems OK.

I couldn't see any events related to IM in server's application logs.

I'm receiving below error on w3svc log file on server.

 

2002-07-19 11:49:22 172.16.32.110 - 172.16.32.129 80 SUBSCRIBE
/instmsg/aliases/ketanp - 403 -

 

While logging into exchange using IM from an XP client, I receive below
error.

 

Exchange Instant Messaging Authentication Failure

 

   The person logged on to this computer does not have

  permission to use the specified e-mail address. Please

type your  e-mail address and password.

 

Can anybody help me?
