No solutions come to mind, that come with the system or are easy to do (

As stated ... all desktops are Win2k Pro ... however, the issue at hand
is when a user logs into the network on a system they have never used,
they are prompted for configuration information for Outlook ... Mailbox
name and Server name. Also, these systems are cloned and Outlook is
stuck on the technician's Outlook profile that was cloned with the
system.

Sorry, I accidently hit the send button before I posted at least _some_
solution....
Purchase WindowsXP or Windows2000 Professional.
It allows for users to have their own directory and to have their own
profile based on a per logon basis.

It sounds like you are running Windows 9x or ME.
In either case, there is nothing you can do (that I am aware of).

I am new to this list and I have exhausted my search efforts.
Simple Question: How do I configure an Outlook client (2000) so that is
will automatically create a user profile based on %username% so that I
don't have to do this manually. I have seen a kixtart script that does
this, but I can't believe that it take 500 lines of code to do this. I
also can't believe that I need to purchase a third party app like
oProfile
to do this.
I am very frustrated!
