You need Windows NT Option pack.

Install the option pack first. Next run the Exchange server setup. On the
installation process choose Outlook webaccess and you are done. Remember to
reapply your service packs for NT and Exchange.

To access the OWA use you browser to go to myservername\exchange

                I  need to one help I have exchnage 5.5 with service pack 4
and i have win nt server with  service pack 6 and option pack .
 My qutision is that i wantt make my server as mail web access server ( OWA)
