Are you sure his messages are gone from the inbox if you can see them on the
M-drive? It sounds like the classic where he has changed the 'View' in inbox
from 'Messages' to 'Unread Messages'.

Hi,
I was just notified by a user that all his messages in his in box
disappeared. He has other folders which contain a lot of e-mail and they are
there. I looked at M:\ drive and under his mail box (inbox) he has 50 or so
messages. I do not back up the Exchange yet. How do I retrieve his messages?
