i  have exchange 2003 server, i configured the limitation in sending and
receiving ,sending 2500k, receiving 5000k ( in system manager) , when i
send e-mail with attachment 2200k , i received a e-mail from system
administrator ( the e-mail cloudn`t be send due to system limitation ) i
spoke to my isp company they said that they have limitation on sending
and receiving ( 4000k for sending and 7000k for receiving )
