In ADUC, right-click the mailbox you want folks to be able to Send As, select
Properties, focus on the Security tab. Under Group or user names, click Add,
type the name of the account you want to be able to Send As this user, click
Check Names to resolve the name, and click OK. Select Allow next to the Send
As permission and click OK. Done.

I apologize for the stupid question but I have looked around on Google and,
Microsoft knowledge base with no luck. I am a noob by the way so help is

We have setup that users have permission to send mail on behalf of others.

But the problem is that when mail is sent, the other party can see that it
says * on behalf of * Is there any way that I can have it
only send the one which is general instead of who did it?

Exchange server enterprise with SP1 and windows server 2003

  Thank you
