It depends what you want to do with the mailbox, there are a number of
options available:
1. Create a Distribution Group with the email address of
office@xxxxxxxxxxx
2. Add office@xxxxxxxxxxx to an individual users Email Addresses Tab
3. Create a Public Folder with the email address
But the option you select really depends on what your goal is.

Sorry for this simple question - but i am a real exchange newbie!
How can i create a simple office@xxxxxxxxxxx mail adress - Do i have to
create an inactive office-user in Active Directory or is there a
simplier way to do this?
