exchange not routing for .com addresses

I have an exchange server running about 10 domains. all the .ca domains route
mail ok but the .com ones do not work I always get a bounce for them. may be
somthing I have misconfigured but if anyone has any ideas please let me know.
I also have all the domains I want to do mail for in the whitelist and in the
default recipient policy.
